What Are Round Slings?
Round slings are a type of lifting sling made from 100% polyester, offering a lightweight, low-abrasion solution for lifting loads up to 250 tons. The soft outer cover provides a non-marking surface, while the internal yarns bear the load during a lift.
Designed without fixed ends, round slings are "endless," meaning they have no distinct beginning or end like web slings. The internal yarns are woven together, and as the sling size increases, so do the number of yarn threads, resulting in a larger overall diameter.
Our Endless Round Slings are fully manufactured in the United States, with every thread of yarn produced domestically. Available in various color-coded capacities up to 100,000 lbs, we can provide even larger capacities upon request via email or phone.
Round slings are typically used in combination with shackles and other rigging components to safely lift heavy loads.
