Product Introduction-Application

This heavy‑duty 2‑inch (50 mm) ratchet tie‑down strap comes with an ergonomic rubber‑covered ratchet grip and galvanized double J‑hooks. Its main webbing is woven from high‑tensile‑strength polyester fibre, rated for 5‑ton maximum breaking load, wear‑resistant and low‑stretch under heavy tension. The soft rubber handle lowers hand fatigue during repeated tightening and releasing.

Sharp‑resistant double J‑hooks fasten firmly onto trailer D‑rings, anchor points and truck track fittings without slipping. How to Use a Ratchet Buckle (Industrial/Tie-Down)
Thread the Strap: Ensure the buckle is in the closed position with the cylinder slot facing outward. Feed the strap through the slot from the bottom.
Remove Slack: Pull the strap through the reel until it is snug against the load.
Tension: Crank the handle back and forth. The internal gears will catch the strap and tighten it incrementally.
Lock: Once tight, push the handle down into the fully closed position to lock the tension.
Release: To undo, pull the spring-loaded release lever on the handle and rotate the handle 180 degrees until it clicks open, then pull the webbing out.
