Operation Guide

1. Pre‑use Inspection

Check the whole strap before every application. Examine the stainless‑steel ratchet, movable axle and hooks for rust, crack or deformation. Inspect the 25‑mm polyester webbing for cuts, abrasion, burnt marks and frayed threads. Never use damaged lashing equipment.

2. Installation Steps

Thread the free end of the webbing through the spindle slot of the stainless‑steel ratchet.
Fasten both end fittings onto firm, weight‑bearing anchor points on trailers, trucks or transport frames.
Lift and squeeze the ratchet handle up and down repeatedly to wind the strap and create proper tension. Keep the webbing flat and free from twists.

3. Lock‑up & Cargo Check

Stop cranking once your cargo stays snug. Close the ratchet handle fully for mechanical locking. Shake the goods lightly to confirm no slipping.

4. Release Method

Raise the ratchet‑release lever completely, then pull the loose webbing out to relax tension. Unhook the strap from anchor bases.

Do not fasten over sharp‑edged cargo. Avoid over‑tension. This stainless‑steel structure suits marine, logistics, machinery‑transport and outdoor heavy‑duty scenarios with damp and corrosive surroundings.
