This 50mm 5T 230mm ratchet buckle features an extended 230mm operating lever and yellow zinc anti-corrosion coating. • How to Use a Ratchet Buckle (Industrial/Tie-Down)
Thread the Strap: Ensure the buckle is in the closed position with the cylinder slot facing outward. Feed the strap through the slot from the bottom.
Remove Slack: Pull the strap through the reel until it is snug against the load.
Tension: Crank the handle back and forth. The internal gears will catch the strap and tighten it incrementally.
Lock: Once tight, push the handle down into the fully closed position to lock the tension.
Release: To undo, pull the spring-loaded release lever on the handle and rotate the handle 180 degrees until it clicks open, then pull the webbing out.
